Discover Enjoyable Exercise Options for Everyone

The question is” What’s the most fun way to exercise?”……

I would say dancing is the most fun way to exercise. I have done some line dancing and couples dancing and it makes for a fun sweaty workout.

Pickle ball is a lot of fun though I still don’t know the rules!

If you read my blogs, you will know I like to workout in heat as well, doing Sculpt and Barre. Of course, it wouldn’t be as fun if there were no music. I meet up with friends there which is good for accountability.

Doing a 5K is fun, though I don’t run. I especially like themed ones. The Gladiator is fun, too, because you get pretty muddy and the goal for me is not to run but to get through the obstacles.

It is always fun to workout together as a family. Years ago, we would all go to the same workout, while the littlest blessing went to a children’s workout. When my husband was getting his certification, he would have to attend a lot of classes so I would go with him and then we would have dinner after once a week.

Weapon Up is something newer and one of my blessings and I are going to do together. It looks really fun and we have our swords. They look real but are not. It makes me think of the Armor of God; we need to suit up daily.

The point of workout is to make it fun! You feel great after knowing that not only you did something you enjoyed, you physically and mentally feel better.Let me know what you like to do for exercise!
